Cleveland Ave Residence : Renovation

This 100-year old Greystone is located in the historic district of East Lincoln Park. A two-story brick addition and new attached 2 car garage were added to the existing structure producing a 5200 square foot luxury home. The detailed woodworking, including extensive wainscoting and several component trim pieces, give the house an exceptional quality. Featured finishes include: oversized 2-panel doors with Emtek hardware, custom cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. The original porch was so beautiful, we acknowledged its value and were able to restore it. The woodwork details incorporate designs established within the home’s interior trim, offering a subtle preview of what’s to come as you go through the front door.
