This home was designed by architect Bob Brobson and is utilized as the family guest house. Equipped with a basketball court, full gym and spa these 4 bedrooms 5 bathroom house is made of 100% pre cast concrete panels. Our goal for the rooftop deck was to create a private paradise. Incorporated into the designs are custom built cedar planters and seating area with various height privacy screening.

It was designed to take advantage of views downtown, while offering seclusion from the neighbors. The landscaping included a green roof of succulent ground covers with ornamental bamboo, grasses and flowering perennials in the planters. Custom lighting and an advanced irrigation system were integrated to match the beauty of the space.
