Potomac Avenue Residence : Renovation

Located in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood, this luxury home features Chicago’s new classic style; mixing modern and tradition. Tasked by the owners to restructure the house and produce a modern, organized floor plan, our team was able to create a distinctive space.

Noteworthy features of this 2-story home include custom moldings and doors, hand crafted kitchen cabinets and bath vanities, concrete countertops, natural stone baths, hand made ornamental iron stair railings and re-purposed original fixtures.

We created visual interest represented by an architectural angle that subtly repeats throughout the house, from the entry all the way to the master’s bath vanity. Speaking of the master bath we were very playful in giving the lady of the house a vessel sink and the gentleman an undermount version. This feature highlights the truly custom nature of this home.

This house was featured on the television show Chicago Code airing on the Fox Network. Designed by architect William Murphy it was our first project in Chicago Area.”
